I was looking for a realtor to buy a home out of state. I had no clue where to begin so I just prayed and looked on yelp. I gravitated towards Kiersten and called her to see how to start the process. She was very knowledgeable and referred me to a great team over at Axia Home loans. Working with Kiersten once I was pre-approved was great. She got a good feel for what I was looking for in just a phone call and immediately began looking for a home for me. During the process she made me feel like I was her only priority (great customer service). The market is so competitive here that we lost out to some all cash offeres but she was alway there to reassure me we would find a house for me. He knows the market and her area VERY well which helped us make smart aggressive Offers and come up with a solid time line and plan. She worked with my loan officer to make sure things were running efficiently and quickly on their end and always kept in communication with me. She was easy to reach and always a great attitude! She goes above and beyond for her clients she even opened up her home for us to store somethings until we got our keys. I would/am already recommending her to friends and family considering moving as well because I know they will thank me later! You will be glad you called her I can promise you that!
