we just closed on a house on Boone street in Boise Idaho. I have worked with a lot of realtors in my career as a building contractor. With Vince you not only get his full attention but you also get Kevin Carroll another incredibly knowledgable realtor who is Vinces business partner also. I cannott express how satisfied we are with there services and how we have become friends as well as clients. We are currently under contract on a house on clover meadows in Boise that we saw a sign in front of on a sunday afternoon. Vince was out of town so Kevin left his family get together to come open the house for us. On that following tuesday we were under contract.If you are looking for a realtor that drives a flashy car and sports a Rolex these are not your guys. On the other hand if you want a realtor that you can count on and has your interest as the sole reason he is a realtor I would not hesitate to give him a call and you heard it from me your going to not only get a realtor but a friend.
