We had the most bizarre home buying experience known to man. Lisa was able to keep our interests protected while keeping the seller happy, even though she wasn't even their realtor. Without Lisa on our side, this transaction would simply not have happened. Lisa worked tirelessly to schedule inspections, which the seller kept cancelling. But Lisa never gave up. She knew just the right amount of pressure to put on the seller to help us move things along without making the seller want to back out of the sale. This was a very difficult situation and the seller delayed inspections and closing by 4 months. Lisa encouraged us to seek out what would be best for us, continuing with this house or moving on, and she never let her own self interests get in the way of what would be best for us. I feel confident that Lisa provided the singular best service available in the Kooskia, Kamiah area and would without a doubt want her on my side again. She will fight your corner, never give up, and keep you happy.
