We came in contact with these guys when we were looking for our first home. We were looking and found out that we wouldnt be accepted for a home loan. They said we would still be in contact and it was a long 7 months before we were able to start looking again. They contacted us on a regular basis to see how and when we were able to buy. As soon as we were we contacted them and it was awesome. We found our dream house in a little country town not too far from where I grew up which was the prefect location for us to raise our kids. They referred us to a great mortgage consultant that handled everything professionally but there were some hoops we had to jump through. During the month long period of approval with the bank they kept us up to date and informed. It was nice to know they kept tabs so closely on the deal for us. After the appraisal she flagged two things. One that we needed a hand rail and spindles and we needed to take down the ancient shed behind the house. Because I am a FedEx driver that often has me working long shifts I wasnt able to get around to doing it before the closing date and Aeryk came over and built one for us and helped us demolish the shed in the back. Through it all I wouldnt want a better team working to get the best deal for us. They helped us out and it was by far the best experience we couldve had.
