We started our journey looking for our new home in Ill and found an awesome realtor to work with. While he was a great guy he just couldn't match our wants with what was available. At times it was somewhat painful. We decided to move our search to the other side of the lake and again found a great realtor to work with. Again while she worked very hard for us she just didn't have what it took when it came to finding what we were looking for. I decided to take the search into my own hands and within a very short time found the house that was right for us. Since I wasn't in any sort of a binding contract with lady we had been working with I decided to pick up the phone and call the guy listed in the home ad. Darrell answered and within minutes knew he was going to be the one. The process of buying a home can be very stressful and with Darrell he was the one who literally did whatever it took. He took all my calls, all my requirements, was that trusted guide who challenged us and cared about us finding the right home. He was our eyes and ears and my proxy. He looked at dozens of homes and reported back. I knew he would get it done and he did. Once we found the right house we had some additional needs and yet again Darrell went wayyyyy above and beyond in helping us on a daily basis. Anything I needed Darrell did whatever was in his power to make it happen for me. Keep one thing in mind, while he received a commission on the house sale, he received nothing for everything else he did for us. A thank you, appreciation for his efforts and a new friend...here we are in Michigan and loving it. If you want someone to work for you like no other, you need to give Darrell a shot. Guys like Darrell a one in a million and we were fortunate enough to find him.

I enlisted Darrell's help in selling my home on the recommendation of friends who spoke very highly about his abilities as a realtor and I am happy I did. Aside from being a friendly and personable man, he was an extremely competent realtor who looked our for my best interests. He answered all of my questions. He advised me of what should be done to the house to make it sell well and what could be left alone. He recommended what I thought was a high selling price and the house sold for much more than I expected. It also sold in less than a month. He was on my side for the entire transaction. He handled and negotiated any situation that came up to my benefit and satisfaction. All of my calls to him or his staff (also pleasant and competent) were answered or returned promptly. I have no regrets about choosing him and would do it again. I very highly recommend Darrell whether selling or buying. He works only for you.
