I enlisted Darrell's help in selling my home on the recommendation of friends who spoke very highly about his abilities as a realtor and I am happy I did. Aside from being a friendly and personable man, he was an extremely competent realtor who looked our for my best interests. He answered all of my questions. He advised me of what should be done to the house to make it sell well and what could be left alone. He recommended what I thought was a high selling price and the house sold for much more than I expected. It also sold in less than a month. He was on my side for the entire transaction. He handled and negotiated any situation that came up to my benefit and satisfaction. All of my calls to him or his staff (also pleasant and competent) were answered or returned promptly. I have no regrets about choosing him and would do it again. I very highly recommend Darrell whether selling or buying. He works only for you.

Darrell is a fantastic agent! He is very professional and knows the market here in West Michigan. I think he loves a challenge, especially when another realtor says it can't be done. We had an offer accepted for a new house contingent on the sale of our old house. The realtor representing the house we had the offer accepted said we could never sell out house for the price we wanted and the timeline given in the contract. Not only did we get asking, but it sold 5 days after being listed and the second day(first weekend)of showings. That was a month ahead of what the contract deadlined and our house which was still under construction waiting for flooring to be installed.Darrell made this whole process comfortable and easy. From the initial meeting, to the day of closing he was very confident and offered perfect advise. Darrell was always a phonecall, a text, or an email away.
