The Darrell DeWard team took care of us like we were their family. From start to finish, they were communicative, knowledgeable, and had our best interest at heart. Our situation was unique in a sense that we were not ready to list our home when we made an offer on a different home. Their team was able to get a photographer over to our home within 24 hours! They know the market and when prime times to list are. With their quick action, our house was ready to show in a record breaking amount of time. I never once felt pressured into something I wasnt comfortable with. They helped me see the big picture when it came to budget. They have amazing partnerships with brokers/lenders which also made our transaction flawless.
