If you are looking for a hard-working and dedicated real estate agent that practices high ethical standards, look no further. Tony is probably the hardest working realtor that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I was extremely fortunate to have Tony in my corner throughout the home buying process. First, Tonys hustle and tenacity are nothing short of amazing. Tony is the type of guy that will fight tooth and nail for you (if need be), but will also be the first person to give you the shirt off his back. Second, Tony always maintains a problem solver mindset. Admittingly, on several occasions, I became pessimistic or negative about the circumstances surrounding the purchase and in each one of those times, Tony quickly came up with relevant, thoughtful solutions to overcome the issue we were facing. Tony also has an engaging personality that is infectious to be around. He has a great attitude, is personable and honest, confident in his abilities, and genuinely interested in helping others. Having an agent who pays close attention to details is also imperative and Tony excels in that regard too. Tony always paid attention to my needs, was very organized, communicated well, and listened closely. Finally, Tony understands the local housing market very well. Prior to engaging Tony, I had spoken to several other real estate agents in Palm Springs and Tony was the only agent who was actually from the area and not a recent transplant. His knowledge and interest level of the market was apparent in all conversations we had and I could definitely see that he cares about the real estate industry and more importantly, exceeding the expectations of his clients. At the end of the day, you get out of it what you put into it and choosing a good real estate agent is no different. I was extremely fortunate to have Tony in my corner and I recommend him without hesitation!!

I had terrible experiences with a previous realtor who supposedly had many years of experience that I almost gave up buying a home altogether. Luckily, Antonio was recommended to me by my sister who worked with him to buy her beautiful home and I decided to give it a try. I was very surprised to see the treatment me and my husband got from him. He'd show us houses almost every weekend and if we wanted to see a house during the week, he was very prompt to set a date and time. Additionally, he knew the local realtors so if there was a question about pricing or permits, he'd ask them right there and then. His whole team really helped us and were all available even after hours. One thing that I really liked, is that Antonio is an honest person; he'll let you know if he thinks a certain home may not be the right one for you. I was able to purchase my dream home on 5/10/19 and didn'thave to put any money down. My husband, baby and I are very grateful to Antonio and his team.
