I was looking for 2-3 bedroom apartments for monthly lease and found a place of interest on zillow, which was posted by Ms. Ralabate (and her customer). Therefore, I called Ms. Ralabate, and my family scheduled an appointment with her to tour the property. I am moving from NYC to Buffalo in 2 months, and finally managed to take off 2 days to visit Buffalo. We drove for 8 hours to get there and arrived at the property in Buffalo, waiting for her (or her co-worker), but nobody showed up. I tried to reach her by calling her at the same phone number and sending her text messages two times, but I did not get any responses. After waiting for 20 minutes, we left. This is absolutely unprofessional, and I do not recommend her to future potential buyers, hoping this does not happen again. Thank you.
