Dan made it possible for us to get our first home and we literally could not be more pleased! I really appreciated him understanding what we were looking for and not wasting time showing us properties that wouldn?t work, or just trying to sell us on something so he could make more money. His integrity is hands down a 10, and that is hard to find in real-estate. He fought for us like we were family, and is an incredible negotiator. I do advise to work with his title guys, inspectors etc, it makes it so much easier. I?d say he is a very thorough individual, he always answered his phone and his assistant Krystal works so hard as well. I felt like they really wanted this as bad as we did and that?s what I look for with such an important milestone in our families life. The only suggestion I would make it to e mail the buyer with a list of how the purchasing process happens, and explains what each part is for. Our experience could not have been better! Only Dan could get you a house during a PANDEMIC! So pleased!!

Nicole Knobel, She is one of the best Realators I have had the pleasure to work with. It was a pretty rough year year due to the pandemic and going through a divorce. Despite all those challenges that I was enduring, Nicole was always reassuring. Shoot, I actually felt bad for her due to the unsavory situation I put her in, with dealing with my ex wife and the pandemic. Regardless of that, she is no quitter. She retained her focus and professionalism and saw this process all the way to the end. We were able to successfully sell the house, thanks to her tenacity and eagerness to get the job done. I was so impressed by her, I end up using her again to buy another house.
