I would highly recommend Dan to anyone! He took the time to listen to our family?s wants/needs and made recommendations that were exactly what we were looking for. He has a meticulous process that ensures nothing falls through the cracks and guides you through step-by-step. We never felt uncertain of what was going on. Furthermore, the single greatest quality you could want in a real estate agent is their responsiveness. Dan is unmatched in this arena. We never went longer than two hours without getting a response from him and if the matter was urgent he was immediately in contact.
