Lynnette was absolutely wonderful in my home buying experience! I was just coming out of a horrible situation with another realtor so I was very nervous starting over with someone new. Lynnette reassured me that I would not have another experience like that and she was right. She has an eye for things that could be costly in the future. She gives her honest experience based opinion on properties. She listens to what you want and searches for homes that fit you. She was very good about notifying me when a new potential home came on the market. She worked very well with my banker providing information needed quickly. She looked for a property that would pass inspection/appraisal and found me a house that came back with no repairs needed. She continued negotiating right down to getting the ac unit cleaning paid for. I can't say enough good things about her. I am currently living in my new home with a payment cheaper than I was paying for rent and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Lynnette Hunter to anyone looking for a home to buy or sell. Her experience shows very clearly.
