I would 100% recommend Andrea. I first contacted her from CA... 2800 miles away regarding a property. I had been given other realtors names from local area friends, but one conversation with Andrea and I completely trusted her. She was real, honest, helpful, knowledgeable and put together the easiest most perfect long distance sale ever! She is more than willing to go the extra mile for a client, being there for inspections, final walk through, coordinating work to be completed, best referrals....she made ALL of it completely stress free! And an added bonus? She is ALWAYS available! Having bought and sold a few properties and most recently having had a completely absent agent in my present location, I can say, choose wisely, choose Andrea!
