We purchased and sold with Amber. She was dedicated from day 1 and immediately we felt very at ease with her judgment. We hit the ground running looking for our new home in January which is not really ideal real estate time. Within the first month, we had looked at over 20 properties. Amber?s attention to detail and critical (but appropriate) reviews of the properties were very beneficial. She was always a step ahead, any time we mentioned a property she immediately responded with disclosures and available times to view the property which was very refreshing as time is always of the essence in these situations and never said we had to increase our budget to find a house we loved. Our search was unique in regards to how we found our home. We were on vacation 4,000 miles away when we found our house- Amber was on top of it! Within 14 minutes we had all the disclosures and booked the very first private showing after open house. After walking in we knew it was our home! Amber was so knowledgeable and knew right off the bat this would be a multiple bid and competitive situation (which it was). We discussed every possible approach we could and adjustment we could make to our offer so that ours would stand out. Which it did and we were thrilled (and surprised) when we got the call right after bids were due that ours was the one they chose! The process that followed was riddled with hiccups, but Amber remained diligent and on top of every curve ball that was thrown. In the mean time we discussed what should be done in order to list our property and set a goal of 3 weeks for a list time. Amber and her whole crew checked in, and were willing and able to assist in every aspect of this even down to the small details of paint colors. She was realistic im regards to her expectations and did not make promises she couldn?t keep. Never in a hundred years did I expect over 60 people at our open house... or the multiple offers we would receive as a result of her amazing marketing skills. The sale of our home also threw us some curve balls but she went above and BEYOND in every definition of the word. It felt like we had a family when we or good friend in our corner, not just someone who was making a commission. The process of selling/purchasing a home is so Incredibly stressful... it was so AMAZING and to our ADVANTAGE to have Amber in our corner. I cannot recommend her enough. You do not feel like a client number with her, she is knowledgable, responsive, and HONEST. Even our small children know her by name now and have nothing but positive things to say. All I can say is with Amber on your team you know you are getting someone genuine and the best the industry has to offer!!

I started my home ownership search near the end of 2013. It was to be my first home purchase and, obviously, I quickly became overwhelmed with the amount of work/research that I would need to put into it. It was then that I contacted Jim as he was recommended to me by several close family members and friends. Jim was incredibly patient with me and completely understood that I had little to no knowledge about the home buying experience. Not once did I feel pressure from him to buy a house. In fact, Jim was highly critical of every house that he showed to me which was something that I loved to see in a real estate agent. You want someone who will go through houses with you and provide expert level, honest criticism. Hell point out the flaws in houses for you and give you realistic expectations of the costs that will have to go into bringing a house up to his high standards. Hes not out there to throw you into the first house that you see with him.Jim is a consummate professional and all-around great guy.
