Stephen did an absolute amazing job from answering every call to even do showings after hours and getting us the best deal and advise possible. Went well above and beyond to get me my wife and children the best deal and best option for our first home. Even to the point where if we didnt know what to look for he would explain to us the good and the bad. Showed us a home that ended up having a mold problem and advised us on the repercussions of dealing with it. The difference between stephen and the other 4 realtors that i dont even remember their names is that he was the best realtor with absolute best experience shopping for a home. Turned a very stressful experience pleasant. If i were to do it all over again and have stephen as my realtor from day 1 i would of purchased a house way sooner. If i could rate this guy a 10 out of 5 i would in every aspect.
