Carla exceed our expectations throughout the entire process! She SOLD our home for more than we ever thought possible AND it sold within 3 days of it being listed! Carla was quick to respond to our calls, emails and messages. She answered every question we had and kept us in aEURoethe loopaEUR? the entire time! As for when we were searching for our forever home, she searched day and night to find the perfect home. She was quick to schedule and confirm appointments whenever we wanted to view a house. We took our time when we looked at a house and she never seemed to rush us or make us feel obligated in any way. She always had great questions to ask the sellers realtor (questions I honestly would probably never have thought to ask) When it came time to place an offer, Carla was amazing! Let me start by staying this, Carla has excellent negotiation skills and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to the market and the value of homes listed. She negotiated the cost of our new home with the sellers realtor and I can honestly say that I was SHOCKED when she told me and my husband how much she got the price down to. We agreed on the price and as the process continued, she had the opportunity to negotiated the price down even more! We honestly could not have been happier with any other realtor and would absolutely recommend Carla to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
