I recently used an associate of Janice Egans to buy my first home. At first the arrangement seemed pretty good. During the process of looking at houses, things went well. However, once we decided on a house, it seemed as if there were shady dealings happening. As we went forward, there were many times where things didnt seem to make sense and when brought to the attention of the realtor, we were told that we were just being insecure first time buyers and this was all a normal part of the home buying process. We were disrespected in this way throughout the entire home buying process because it was a way to get us to stop bringing attention to ways he was trying to take advantage of us. This wasnt the only time that we were disrespected by being told that we were being nervous when we were in fact being lied to and taken advantage of. There were also many times where the agent would not return phone calls/texts for more than a day.
