When we finally decided to move and find the perfect house, we interviewed three agents. Brent was the guy we chose, because we felt a passion from him for helping us, that we didnt get from anyone else. After giving Brent a very precise list of what we were looking for, knowing we had limited options, he still took us to every single house we wanted to visit. After only one day of driving us to options, he realized what we really wanted, and started a new search for us. Still allowing us to view the homes we thought we wanted... We experienced a few firsts for him with some weird sellers/lenders/sellers agents, and he did it all with a smile, and a, Good thing we didnt go any further with them! positive response, to help set our minds at ease. He continued to tell us that the right home was out there for us, even after we decided to stop looking for awhile. But then, the perfect house came on the market! And within hours of it being listed, he got us the first showing! And after not getting it at our first offer, the listing agent had loved him, and us so much (because of his integrity, honesty, and knowledge of the business) that the sellers agent had called him back, and told him that it was available for us if we were still interested. And of course we got it! I doubt any other agent would have been able to turn the tides like he did! We had many other weird things happen, where Brent was able to hold our hands through to the other side.

As a first-time home buyer, my excitement over the prospect of owning a home was matched by an equal amount of fear and intimidation by the process. From phone conversations to the numerous meetings we had at the home for inspections, etc., he never once made me feel like he was being inconvenienced or was rushed to get to another appointment. Finally, the genuine joy that he expressed as he handed me the keys to my condo was further proof that I had found that ?ideal? professional, who truly cared about me.
