I first met Brent in 2013 when my husband and I decided to sell our home in Venzano in San Marcos. I was immediately comfortable with Brent, and we listed our home that very afternoon. Brent is extremely professional and friendly, and he has enormous energy. His photographer is wonderful, and his expertise in marketing through all available on-line resources made us feel comfortable that our house would be displayed well to as many people as possible. Not only did Brent encourage us to be a bit more aggressive with our price, our house was in escrow at full price within six days of our listing. Brent then went on to help represent us as buyers in purchasing our new family home in North County which we recently moved into. Brent?s knowledge of real estate and his honesty made the processes as simple as possible because I knew I could count on him to make sure no detail was overlooked. We appreciate all of Brent?s hard work and his integrity, and having him represent us on both transactions also helped keep our stress levels down. We met Brent through a mutual friend. I first contacted him online when we were first thinking about relocating from Northern California to San Diego. His quick response was impressive! He was very helpful when sending us info on different neighborhoods, different schools, and what we could get for our price point. Our relocation was a little different in that we werent being forced to move, we were deciding if we wanted to move. And that all depended on if we could get the kind of house and neighborhood that we wanted. Well, Brent came through! We flew down for a weekend with our kids and Brent was very patient showing us different neighborhoods in San Diego. He even built in a park/snack/break time for our kids in the middle of our showing. Honestly we werent finding anything that would have made us make the move, but on our very last day, we finally found the neighborhood that felt like it could be home! We ended up buying a new construction home. After finding the home, Brent read through the builder contract and advised us on all the potential pitfalls. After signing the contract, Brent was still very helpful. He was there every time I flew down to meet with the builder to go over options, etc. He went above and beyond by setting up video calls and showed us our home when we couldnt be there. He was there for the builder open frame walk through and we were able to follow along online from our home in Northern California. He took pictures and video and sent them to us, he even went and picked out the slabs for our marble bathroom countertops at the slab yard, and did a wonderful job! He was there at the builder presentation and walk through of our home and helped point out all the little details that needed to be taken care of prior to closing. And of course, he was there to hand us the keys and welcome us to our new home when we closed! We loved working with Brent, and are so happy that we can now consider him a friend!

My wife and I have worked with Brent for many years and recently completed our fifth transaction with him as both buyers and as sellers. If you are looking for an agent who truly cares, is superb at his craft, is deliberately thoughtful about the details, and is unspeakably committed to getting you where you want to be, you should contact Brent right away. We first began our journey with Brent years ago when the market (and our purchases and sales) were less complicated and he performed marvelously when we first purchased and again when we later resold. Its difficult to put into words how very committed Brent is to his clients and every little detail. More recently, we solicited his services to sell our home and market dynamics and competitive forces were such that we observed Brent at an entirely new level. Sure, he continued to have our best interests in mind at all times, but there was a new level of advocacy where he truly shined and his tenacity literally secured a complicated sell and repurchase which contained nearly innumerable obstacles. Brent just so happened to get our offer accepted on the new home of our dreams before we locked in a buyer on the home we were selling. As such, when he marketed our home and brought us five offers on our property, it was absolutely critical that we chose the right buyer. If we chose incorrectly, wed have not one, but both homes fall out of escrow. When offers came in, Brent would present them immediately, but caution us that he wanted to practically interview the other agents about their buyers, as well as have each buyer cross-qualify with Brents preferred lender. If the buyers were previously in escrow on a different home which didnt come together, Brent wanted to gather as many details as he could to protect us from any issues coming up on the sale of our home. In the end, we watched as Brent informed us he had a funny feeling about a certain buyer whose offer we liked, and that he felt that if wed accepted a certain offer wed have issues later. It was almost a sixth sense for him. He advised us about another offer he felt would be the best offer for us, only that buyer was contingent upon the sale of their home. Through Brents deep dive into the granularity of detail on the preceding transactions, he literally coached us as contingent buyers to accept a contingent buyers offer! He called this a triple Domino and highly risky, but through his lenders cross qualification and Brent monitoring the transaction details on the home sale which preceded ours, we were kept in the loop at every step of the way and Im happy to say that our home closed just in time for our new home purchase to go through. In a nutshell, we had a deep trust in Brent for his integrity and attention to detail, but our appreciation of his attention and care have increased significantly after observing how he performed in two very difficult transactions. We also have felt increasingly aware of how not all agents demonstrate this degree of care. Both our recent home sale and our new purchase involved Brent having to chase the other agents for a returned call or for information which was so easy to obtain but would take the other agents days to provide. We found Brent to be leagues ahead of his colleagues when it came to returning phone calls, keeping us informed, looking out for our best interests and negotiating key milestones.
