Chris worked with us to help us find our new home. Chris was very structured and patient through the entire process. We were looking for our home in a very difficult/competitive market, with low inventory and raising values. Chris was very patient through the entire process and asked us pertinent questions to make sure we are thoughtful about our choice. He is also very knowledgeable about homes and the Newton neighborhood, and coached us in the process so we could understand the homes and review it fully. We had the most wonderful experience working with Chris to find our new home! We took a lot of time to make sure we found the right realtor--someone who understood us and our needs, was knowledgeable and experienced, who guided us through the process as first time buyers, and who knew our target areas for purchase very well-- we still cannot believe how lucky we were to find Chris!! Chris is personable and upbeat, professional, experienced, and has a great process to help you find the perfect home. He goes above and beyond what a "typical" realtor does... he showed us around a number of different neighborhoods, took the time to explain all aspects of the buying process in detail, gave us advice that helped us narrow down our search, and taught us about important aspect of home buying such as looking beyond the finishes to the structural details, etc. The Boston area is a tough market, and we felt totally confident with Chris' excellent negotiating skills. After we bought our home, Chris hooked us up with a painter and movers as well! Finally, one of the best parts about working with Chris was that we truly had fun throughout the process!
