Brad helped us sell our old home for more than we expected and purchase our current home for less than what we were willing to offer, saving us big money. Brad and his team have that great balance of positivity but also is honest throughout the process. He looked out for our best interests, and he wasn't a "yes man" salesman, promising to fulfill everything we requested just to make the sale, which I know saved us from headaches down the road. Their communication is top-notch - my wife and I would regularly receive updates on how things were going, and anytime we needed to provide something in the form of paperwork or documentation, Brad's team made it simple and clear. To boot, this all took place over the holidays, which is a difficult time to get deals done. Brad and the full Treas Team receive the highest recommendation I could offer - just giving 5 stars doesn't do it justice!
