My FiancA(C) and I are 22 years old and decided that we wanted to buy a house. I didnt even know at first that I was deciding to buy in a very chaotic time in the market. Once I got preapproved and decided to get serious about viewing houses, I put my info in to HomeLight which referred me to Haleh. I spoke to one other agent first and when I told her what I was looking for, and what price range, she told me that she had other buyers looking for the same thing who hadnt found anything for months. I definitely felt a bit discouraged, but I spoke with Haleh soon after who told me that even though what I was looking for was difficult to find right now, we would do the best we could do and find something even if it takes time. She had Nathan Dortch, who is more local to my area, reach out to me and start sending me listings. I let Nathan know 3 houses in the area that I was interested in. He got me showings on 2/3 of the houses for the next day and we went out and saw them. I fell in love with the second house I saw and asked to put in an offer ASAP. Nathan got in touch with the listing agent within the day and helped me get my bid in first. Nathan and Haleh advocated for me and my seriousness and I was lucky enough to win the bid on the first house I loved. Only a little over a month later, I am almost to closing. Haleh and Nathan were there 24/7 to answer any questions I had and help me out with anything I needed that they could assist with. Haleh accompanied me to the Inspection, and Nathan did me the most amazing favor by helping to scrape and repaint the whole garage so that it would pass Appraisal. They both always got me answers ASAP, kept me in the loop, and did anything they could do to help. I always felt like they had my back and always had nothing but good intentions and hopes for me. I am so incredibly excited to be closing on my first house at the age of 22 with my fiancA(C)e. We most certainly would not have been able to accomplish it so quickly and smoothly without the help of HS Capital Realty. Thank you Haleh and Nathan so much!!
