I met Thomas Elrod and was taken back him being southern and I a northerner. However; he was friendly and inviting, not to mention tolerable of my 18month old son (who destroyed his office) and my question filled girl friend. After extensive searching mainly due to us being picky, Thomas and his team found us the perfect first home to start our family in. We purchased a forclosed home. With all the hoops you have to jump through to close one of these we got overwhelmed; however, Thomas was there every step of the way. When I had issues with the lender Thomas drove out to my work to meet with the lender and myself to make sure I got my home. I work in the hospitaily industry dealing with people all day long, so understand how stressfull customer service can be. I have delt with a lot of realitors in business and personal, never have I met a team that is as genuinely concerned for someone's well being. I can't thank him and the whole Elrod Team enough. And as a kicker they gave us a very nice house warming present.
