Michael Bang is a lifesaver! I was in contract from December 2019 until March 2020 for a property under a different realtor/loan officer. I was lied to, bamboozled, and almost a victim of a scandal. I almost lost my deposit in escrow. Michael, whom I never met but answered an ad on facebook that I inquired about was answering all my questions, giving me advice, and assisting me. After I terminated my previous contract successfully from that specific realtor as well loan officer Michael took me under his wings and took his time with finding excellent homes in my budget that would be beneficial for me. Michael is a great negotiator. Three months after the nightmare contract I was in as well as the pandemic going on I closed on my 1st home. The process was beautiful. There was no stress or regret. Michael got me a bigger house than I requested while sticking to my budget. Michael's professionalism, negotiation skills,integrity, and kind nature would be why I would recommend Michael to anyone.

We were fortunate to be referred by our friend about Michael.He was a gem of realtors with a combo of great characteristics that youd look for in a realtor. Michael was extremely patient with all the questions we had with a smile considering how lengthy our journey took in this crazy market (we lost count of how many offers we put in before we won our dream house), even so he made sure we put offers in with a fair price, not just to win the bid. He is also phenomenally passionate, kind, and professional at the same time. Our closing date had to be delayed, and we didnt have any friends to help us move because of that, Michael was not hesitated to move his schedule around to be able to lend us a hand with our move. We greatly appreciated that. Not only helping us with his time but he also offered to have professional cleaners to clean our new home, so we didnt have to worry about cleaning it when we move in. And last but not least, when the sellers decided to leave his junks behind, Michael was quickly to find a solution and even took care of it. But we already know that he was super intelligent and ethical in the way he solved any problems that arose during the process, and that just confirmed one more time that we were right in choosing him to be our representative in this journey.
