Being Mikes first clients was a wonderful experience. My husband and I did not know anything about the process of buying our first home. Mike has been extremely patient and understanding of us and has gone out of his way to help us in any way he can.Being first time home buyers, we obviously had hundreds of questions. Mike has been genuinely concerned about our needs and answered our questions quickly and in a timely manner. He is always available through email, phone, text message, and in person. It was very helpful to be able to communicate during the day through text messages, as work doesn't permit us to check emails often. My husband and I both work monday-friday til about 5pm, and Mike has worked around our schedules to bring us to home viewings after 5pm and on weekends as needed. I found it extremely helpful that he was able to be reliable to us with our schedules so that we didnt have to take time off of work.I highly recommend Mike Bang to anyone and will recommend him to family and friends. Michael Bang is a lifesaver! I was in contract from December 2019 until March 2020 for a property under a different realtor/loan officer. I was lied to, bamboozled, and almost a victim of a scandal. I almost lost my deposit in escrow. Michael, whom I never met but answered an ad on facebook that I inquired about was answering all my questions, giving me advice, and assisting me. After I terminated my previous contract successfully from that specific realtor as well loan officer Michael took me under his wings and took his time with finding excellent homes in my budget that would be beneficial for me. Michael is a great negotiator. Three months after the nightmare contract I was in as well as the pandemic going on I closed on my 1st home. The process was beautiful. There was no stress or regret. Michael got me a bigger house than I requested while sticking to my budget. Michael's professionalism, negotiation skills,integrity, and kind nature would be why I would recommend Michael to anyone.
