Being Mikes first clients was a wonderful experience. My husband and I did not know anything about the process of buying our first home. Mike has been extremely patient and understanding of us and has gone out of his way to help us in any way he can.Being first time home buyers, we obviously had hundreds of questions. Mike has been genuinely concerned about our needs and answered our questions quickly and in a timely manner. He is always available through email, phone, text message, and in person. It was very helpful to be able to communicate during the day through text messages, as work doesn't permit us to check emails often. My husband and I both work monday-friday til about 5pm, and Mike has worked around our schedules to bring us to home viewings after 5pm and on weekends as needed. I found it extremely helpful that he was able to be reliable to us with our schedules so that we didnt have to take time off of work.I highly recommend Mike Bang to anyone and will recommend him to family and friends. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service that he gave to us. Thank you Mike for all of your time, patience and help! We are very excited and happy about our new home.
