Charlie and Liz Howell were such a blessing to work with. They went above and beyond for us and made the whole buying process smooth and seamless. We were buying from out-of-state, which can be nerve-wracking, but they were there at every turn making sure the process was moving forward, and meeting inspectors and contractors at the property when we couldn't be there. What peace this gave us. They went to bat for us when necessary and stayed in constant contact with us, keeping us informed of any changes or completions of projects. And when we were in town visiting the property, they made themselves available for whatever we needed, including blessing us with snacks and sandwich fixings after a long day of travel. So aside from being stellar realtors, they are also genuine, sweet, and thoughtful people. It was truly a joy to work with them and we would highly recommend them to all!!!
