Scott was absolutely awesome to work with! We met him at one of the first open houses we attended, and he immediately began helping us with the home-buying process. He was very accommodating for our work schedules, willing to meet later in the evening than I expected. He informed us any time there was something that might keep him from meeting up with us on a certain day (which was quite rare in the few months that we worked with him). I felt like we dragged him all over northeast Ohio trying to figure out exactly what we wanted, but he was always friendly and ready to check new houses out with us. Scott is also great at pointing out potential issues with a house and is willing to check out basically anything, including some basements that I didn't even want to go into! He reads through the listings thoroughly beforehand, and is ready to share any information he has about each and every home. My fiance needed a little push at times to keep looking at houses, and Scott was definitely the guy to keep him on his toes and looking. I am so happy with the home we found through Scott and would recommend him to anyone in Northeast Ohio who needs a realtor!

Scott was our realtor in our purchase of our first home. We met him in an open house in Strongsville and quickly asked him to be our realtor, which was proven to be a super right decision!!!He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was always quick to answer our emails and phone calls when we had questions. He was always flexible and willing to work with our schedules. Once we found the home we were interested in purchasing, he was a great advocate for us and offered sensible advice - from what an acceptable offer would be to making sure repairs we wanted done were completed. For some mortgage reasons, we looked for our new home for almost a year and we threw totally 6 offers. I can't remember how many times he worked so late to prepare our paperwork. Finally we found the right one. Scott is a patient man and he always encourages us don't give up.For the price, Scott never let you overpay. His analysis is very accurate and you will not worry about waste your money. Trust me, just believe him!We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home! And we probably find him again when we want to change our house in the future.
