I worked with Sandy Poole buying my first home. It was a long process (just over a year-due to the market, my own pickiness, and my constraints/requirements). I cannot imagine having anyone else by my side for this process. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Through her many years of experience she was often able to provide history of the houses that was not listed on the realty posting! She was there for every step, for every question, for every nuance of the process. She gave personal experiences along with professional advice and has continued to be there for me after closing!
