My husband and I contacted Heather mid August to look at our house and see if it was sellable. She responded to my husband's email same day and set up a meeting for the following week. She came prepared with comparables and the history of our house's ownership upto date and advised us what would deter a sale/what should be done to put the house on the market and suggested we make adjustments to have the house on the market in September. She met with us again the first week of September and approved the walk through and had the house on the market same day which resulted in a showing request. Heather updated us on every step taken to sell the house; website listings, local news paper ads, and magazine ads, had small business cards made with our house information available, and set up a tour with other Realtors. We closed on our house on October 31st!
