Berta helped us to sell 2 homes and purchase our new home. She was more than amazing! She listens until she fully understands what your expectations and needs are. She works tirelessly until she finds what you are looking for and best of all: She was able to easily take stressful situations and turn them into moments of fun and laughter! Our first house, which was an estate settlement sold in 4 days at top price! I believe because she showed us how to properly de-clutter and stage the home. The second home we sold in only 3 weeks! she knew the proper timing of when to put it on the market and had done extensive research on the other homes for sale in our area so that we could get fair top value! Her patience and encouragement through that process will always be appreciated! And the home she found us to purchase- right out of our dreams!!! Her negotiation skills not only got our dream home at a ridiculously fair price, but was able to get other items included in. We can't say enough about Berta! Berta was an excellent agent and we could not have asked for more from her. She was honest and responsive from the very beginning, even answering my first call at 8am on a sunday morning. She had a solid understanding of the local market and helped us price our home just right. She advertised our house very well and was able to generate a lot of interest from buyers right away. She handled negotiations with the buyers and their agent to make the process seamless. She was even able to recommend a local electrician to help us fix something uncovered during the home inspection. Most importantly, her work helped generate multiple offers and ultimately we had a signed agreement in place only 4 days after the house was listed for sale.
