I would recommend Michalina in a heart beat to anyone looking for a home. I recently bought my first home and I could not have done it without her help. Not only was she helpful with guiding me though the process and assisting in locating homes but she truly would drop everything to help us. We would mention interest in a home and we would be looking the same day. Michalina also truly understood what we were looking for. I would walk into a home and she would have already know exactly what I would be looking for or interested in changing. It was clear that she has a great heart and really wants the most for her clients, and will ensure that you get exactly what you need. I cannot recommend her more, truly someone who takes pride in what she does and goes out of her way to make you have a wonderful experience.

Cathy and her team were beyond incredible! I cannot say enough good things. My husband and I recently sold our home and bought our current home, and throughout the process, Cathy and her colleagues were consistently available, whether via text, email or a phone call - never did we feel unattended. And my husband is not an easy client! Hes an extremely skilled craftsman, and so he had quite a bit of critiquing of every home we saw. Yet, Cathy and her associate, Kyle, were both extremely patient, understanding and always gave us their honest feedback. Also, if one of them was unavailable but we were in urgent need to see a house (you have to act quickly in this sellers market!), they always made sure someone else on their team could show it to us that day. When we finally found the right home, Cathy consistently supported us during some back and forth decision making on our part, always ensuring we were happy with what we decided. We never felt pressured, nor ever sensed any frustration from her as a result of our indecisiveness. They also came to our aid when things were unclear during the inspection of the house we purchased, ensuring that nothing was uncovered. When we were ready to sell our house, we were impressed with the way Cathy managed a bidding war with multiple offers in the first day we put our house in the market! Even when the selected offer fell through, Cathy was professional and gracious while attending to the next offer, clearly a testament to her communication abilities and high respect for her colleagues. We truly love Cathy and her team, were so fortunate to have them have our backs, and know weve made lasting friends!
