I cannot recommend Cathy and Kyle highly enough. It's hard to know where to start. They are friendly, personable, available at all times to talk you through major, complicated questions, or just to talk you off a ledge when you're feeling overwhelmed by the process. They are "no pressure" realtors who will work with you to peruse house after house till you find the one that feels right to you- with zero pressure or rush to settle for anything less. They have excellent contacts to help you through the process if needed (I was completely satisfied with their referrals for home inspection, asbestos removal, electricians, chimney inspectors, mortgage brokers - and probably others I'm forgetting), and their own experience and knowledge of the field is immensely valuable. I worked with them to purchase my new home, and to sell my current home at the same time. I learned so much more about buying a home than I learned/understood when I made my first purchase; as someone who doesn't work in the field, you really don't know how much you don't know, until you meet an expert who begins to share so much information with you. That was my experience with Cathy and Kyle. Throughout the process, I felt like a supported, knowledgeable, and empowered client in the best position possible to sell my current home, and find my dream home. I will also add that I had several bumps in the road to selling my house, and they worked tirelessly to keep the process moving at a great pace, and get everything (including my stress level!) taken care of so that I could sell my house at the full price. I am beyond grateful for the expertise, competence, and efficiency that they displayed throughout the entire process- all while being stellar and prompt communicators, and truly caring about my experience with the process.
