From the moment they first contacted us, we felt there was something very different about the twins, Phil and Cedric. They had done their homework, they were persuasive, they spent time and effort to understand us and what our primary goals were ... and they impressed us tremendously with what was clearly a very strong work-ethic and a commitment to us, the customer. We liked the effort that Phil & Cedric made to help us understand what their sales and marketing approach would be, details about the target market and audience, catchment areas, timing, comparative pricing, range of possible pricing, use of various tools and techniques .... We signed up with them after two meetings - we did not even check any references nor did we negotiate rates (although we tried a bit!). And Phil & Cedric lived up to all the expectations created - they worked very hard, provided good clear feedback, were very sensitive to our own needs and constraints, managed all aspects exceedingly well. And, things turned out well too - the house sold - in a market that was at best always soft. It has overall been a wonderful experience dealing with and through Phil & Cedric. We would strongly recommend them to anyone
