My husband and I had the daunting task of selling his mothers home after she passed away. She was 86 and the house had not been well maintained and changed little since purchased in 1955. It was loaded with stuff as well. The first realtor we met with wanted us to practically give the house away. It was apparent that she was not interested in listing the house. She had nothing but negative things to say. We felt despair and were at a loss as to what to do next.Then, to the rescue, came Lauren. She was our cheerleader. Where we only saw the bad, she saw the good. She took charge from the start and was so upbeat and optimisitic. She assured us she would sell the house and she did not fail us. She was so knowlegable about both the area and what we could expect to get. When she told us what to list the house for, I thought she was crazy. She was crazy, like a fox! Following her advice, we listed the house for 80k more than the first realtor suggested. Within a very short period of time, we had a viable offer and we just closed this week. It was smooth sailing from start to finish. She helpled with everything. She had suggestions for everything. She seemed to know everything! I cannot thank her enough for her support during that difficult time. She made us feel like we were her only clients. We do not only consider her a business partner but our freind as well.I could go on and on so let me just say this; hire this woman to sell you home! You will never be disappointed that you did.
