Denise was the real estate agent active in the sales and purchasing of homes for various members of my family. Her vast knowledge of the local area led clients to my home when she sold it within one month, my brothers home when she sold it within two days, my aunts home when she sold it within a week, and my daughters home that she sold in two months. When my daughter was looking to buy a home, Denise was on the job, and found her a beautiful home within a reasonable distance to her place of employment. Denise is well skilled in the process of the paper work involved in the realty business, responded at any given time when called upon in the process, and possesses negotiation skills that I feel are far superior to many agents in the business. Recently, my aunt passed, and Denise stepped up in the sale of not only the home, but the sale of her worldly possessions.
