My experience with Mark Jaquith was perfect. Unfortunately for me, I was selling my father's home away from home after he passed. I did not live in the area and reached out to Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate via email and they assigned Mr. Mark Jaquith to me. I could not have asked for a better realtor. He was very friendly, kind, compassionate, and patient. Mark was more than willing to meet when it was most convenient for me since I had to travel 2 hours to get there. When we met, we discussed everything from the contents and how we could handle the sale/auction of them, to the property, and what he would do as my realtor. Any time I reached out via text, phone call, or email, I always received a response right away. Mr. Jaquith kept me informed as things progressed and went above and beyond to assist me with everything. I would highly recommend Mark Jaquith!!

Our selling and buying experiences with Mark were excellent from start to finish! He was patient and understanding from the very first phone call. Every detail was handled professionally and timely starting with him dedicating hours to perfect photos, an informative description, multiple showings and a signed contract within NINE days! From there, he accepted the challenge of finding us a new home. He set up countless showings for us as we changed our plans and ideas every couple of weeks. He kept us motivated and remained diligent, attentive and adventurous as we navigated some interesting options over the next several months! Mark was honest and straight forward discussing possibilities and answering questions, providing insight and support as we crossed house after house off our list. We joked and laughed and were serious when we needed to be. But as we stood in the barren, cold, stripped and broken home we ultimately ended up purchasing, he looked at us and said, aEURoeYou could turn this into a beautiful home.aEUR?
