This will be a hard feedback to write because I'm not sure that I can find the best words to describe Cindy. She was thrown into a terribly upsetting situation. My husband and I had lost all faith in realtors. We could not muster up one ounce of trust or hope that there was a realtor out there that was honest, as we had been down this road a few times. This was our second try on our home and we had yet to get over the treatment we had received from the our previous realtor. We had invited the previous realtor to our home so that she could see where we were in the process of preparing our home to put on the market. I let her know right away that there were several things we had to finish before making that big step. I showed her each and everything and her response was to " Put a sticky note on all unfinished work and state that it would be fixed ! " I had no immediate response to her as I was standing there picturing showing my beautiful home that we had worked so hard on with yellow sticky notes from wall to wall. I was simply unable to respond to that suggestion. Her next remark was that she could sell our house for a gigantic price in one week. ! Of course after hearing that, my husband began to appear quite interested. From there it just went straight down hill. Examples....Price went down as we signed the contract with her ,There was no end to the chaos and problems we were up against. A rare occasion that she answered a phone call . She NEVER personally showed our home nor did she really appear to show us any interest. We had inspectors in our home 5 hours at a time along with entire family's. I cannot possibly explain the nightmare without writing an entire book about it. It was a living hell. We begged her to let us take it off the market and begin again the following spring. At some point I was finally able to get her to take it off the market for the winter. She finally agreed with a contract that stated we could not put it back on the market with another company until May the 1st. An extra month was added in and we lost the best month for selling a home which of course is April ! My husband wanted to retain a lawyer but I was pretty much broken down by then and my thoughts were to run and end this thing before I went completely over the edge.! The good thing that came out of this was that a young lady from Howard Hanna had showed my house during the ordeal and I never forgot her. I knew then that she was the person we needed. After our contract ended I called Cindy. We were still so upset about what we had gone thru and yes we told her what happened. Below is a list of what makes Cindy the best of the best. She LISTENED to our story She LOOKED closely at our entire home ( inside and out) She made honest suggestions She suggested getting a PRE inspection She worked together with us so that we would have a fair price that would please both us and the buyer She answered EVERY phone call within minutes She told us not to worry anymore and that she would be by our sides and she would do the work She didn't push us into doing anything that we were unsure of She is honest and trustworthy and the BEST of the BEST With all that considered you would think it wasn't fun but she always had a big smile and a hug for us as we began to laugh again!! Oh one more thing..if Cindy tells you that she will sell your house then you had better start packing !!! That's what Im doing right now. I think she had potential buyers from day one but she might say it took 3 weeks or so due to paperwork. Either way Im not sure .....my head is still spinning!! Shes the BOMB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Howard Hanna !! Oh one last thing.. No sticky notes were involved in the sale of our home LOL
