Kevan is an exceptionally smart real estate agent. My wife and I made the right decision to call him and use his services in selling of our old house and recently closed with the new house. He knows the housing market trends of our neighborhood and he is expert on real estate processes and transactions. No question is too silly for him and, with his Finance background, he can clearly explain anything unclear computation with closing and/or the mortgage loan. Kevan is also helpful in providing to us his recommendations regarding loan, home insurance and moving companies. He is so trustworthy, and he made himself available to us for questions no matter how late in the day. We are very pleased with his friendly and personalized services, and felt confident and relaxed knowing that he was on our side of the table during closing.

Kevan was the perfect Realtor. We have had a relationship with Kevan since moving to the US over 1 year ago. He helped us find our first rental house and now has help us find a home to buy. He is very knowledgeable of the Houston real estate market and the process involved in the actual purchase of the house. We had never bought a house in the US before so his help in this area was very valuable. He followed up with our lender and others involved in the purchase to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. I am sure we would not have closed on time if it was not for Kevans continual follow-ups with other parties involved. Kevan also gave us recommendations on good areas to buy a house, things to look for when buying a property, and even how to prepare an offer. I am sure he saved us money with our actual purchase price. Kevan also took the stress out of the closing process for us by recommending excellent people to use for the closing process, this included, lenders, pest inspectors, surveyors. He even supplied a great lunch for everybody (including our movers) on the day we moved into our new house. Choosing Kevan was a great choice as our Realtor. Lets get to the point so you guys can choose the right person to represent you. First, I did quite a bit of research and looked at top agents in the area with consistently high ratings from past clients. Out of the top 6, I interviewed and asked for comps. There were many reasons why I ended up choosing Kevan. Heres a quick list. Quick response - Immediately available in most cases, if not, always got back to me in a timely manner. This included paperwork as well as answering questions, showing the property, working other teams like our property managers and buyers agent. Very knowledgeable in the area. We original priced it a few weeks early, saw prices were rising and was able to mark it up to new values and received quite a few showings and a few offers in less than 2 weeks. Kevan is thorough and systematic in his process. It shows that he knows not only how to do the work needed, but in the most efficient way possible. Having someone like Kevan on your team is a great advantage and he is highly recommended.
