My wife and I were first-time homebuyers with limited knowledge in this field. We asked Henri tons of questions and he was a great teacher. A consummate professional, Henri made the process of searching for a home less stressful than anticipated. Henri always texted and called back quickly and was extremely responsive to our needs. Any time we wanted to see a home, he was available for us, even with a few hours of notice. We found our current home online at 11am and by 3pm that day we were visiting the property. We put an offer down immediately and found ourselves in a multi-offer situation. After closing on a house as a first time home buyer, I can say with absolute certainty that we made the right choice by allowing Henri to be on our team. Buying a house is extremely stressful as there are some aspects that you have control of, and other aspects where you have to wait on others. Throughout this process, Henri never rushed us, and was always knowledgeable, positive, punctual to the showings, quick to respond, and overall genuine. Within communication, Henri helps you to feel that its alright to ask questions. Theres a plethora of information to utilize in real estate, and with that being said, Henri was always prepared with an answer of either certainty or he provided me with a reference of whom I could contact that might know the answer to my question. On another note, at one point I wanted to give up the search for a home after feeling disappointed from losing aEUR~bidding wars against other offers. Regardless, Henri still remained a positive figure, reassured my partner and I that we would keep looking, and maintained his professional and kind approach.
