She made valuable suggestions for repairs and improvements to make my house look its best without going overboard. With the initial listing, her description was accurate and well written, and she was open to adding items to the description that I thought might be important to include. Tanya was enthusiastic about representing the house even after it did not immediately sell. She helped brainstorm options to keep my house in front of potential buyers, counselling patience when necessary, and being more aggressive when appropriate. She personally brought the first serious buyers to the table, who on the eve of making an offer could not do so for reasons beyond her control. She was adept and efficient with the technologies of modern real estate, including the major real estate websites, texting and email, and most importantly, with the electronic tools used for exchanging offers, contracts, and electronic signatures. I was also very satisfied with Tanya's responsiveness. Her responses to questions and concerns were immediate when possible, and followed up as quickly as possible when she needed to research or gather more information before answering.
