Tom worked with me every step of the way. He gave me an honest appraisal of the property, told me what needed to be fixed/repaired and what not to worry about. When signing the contract with his firm, he explained every detail and made sure I understood what I was getting. Rather than wait for "professional" pictures, Tom went ahead and took them himself and had them on the web immediately. Each offer was presented with an estimate as to how likely it would be to close with the potential buyer. When we went to contract, Tom and my lawyer took great pains to make sure that I understood what was included in the deal and what my responsibilities as seller were. He called me several times a day for two or three weeks giving me the status of the loan as it was progressing thru the bureaucracy of the buyer's bank and title company. In sum, Tom was not only professional and consistently available for the slightest question, he was also easy to talk with. This made the sale a more pleasant experience for me as the seller and for the buyer. I would recommend him in a heart beat.
