When my landlord decided on a whim to sell her condo that she had been renting to us, my girlfriend and I suddenly found ourselves with 2 months to find a new place to live. We got in touch with Margo through a mutual friend, and told Margo our situation. To say she hit the ground running would be an understatement. Margo clearly understood the Westchester market, provided us with multiple options within our price range that also met, or could meet our needs with a little work, and ultimately we were able to find a new home within 3 weeks.But Margo didn't stop there. As a first time home buyer, we didn't know what we didn't know, and it is safe to say that Margo saved us from not only overspending on what we loved, but also being aware of potential pitfalls with the multiple options we were considering.I can honestly say that I don't believe we would have been able to complete the home buying process without Margo's help. She is meticulous, she understands all the phases of the buying (and selling) process, and she works in the best interest of the client, not herself. I would, and do, recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy or sell.
