Regan was amazing during the entire process for finding and closing on our home! She worked around my schedule and made house hunting as painless as possible. I do not remember how many houses we saw but it was a lot and she would plan our showings in the most efficient routes. Regan's knowledge of the areas we wanted to buy a house in was truly a gift. From Westchester to Dutchess county she knew every town, knew local spots for shopping and restaurants. She knew the quickest ways to access the highways from each house we looked at. She fought for us during negotiations and helped us close on our dream home. Regan is an asset when it comes to buying and selling; between her knowledge of the market and closing process, her experience in negotiating, and her network of contacts you cannot go wrong with her. She helped us pull off the sale of our coop and the purchase of our home on the same day, this was extremely important to my husband and I. She has become an extended member of our family and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She will fight for you and will make the closing run as smoothly as possible. Regan Andrews thoroughly explained her services prior to our signing a contract with her and Berkshire Hathaway to sell our beloved home. She respected our wishes during the process and relayed all offers to us for our review and ultimate decision. When speed bumps occurred along the way she was quick to outline the situations and offered suggestions on how to proceed. We ultimately accepted an offer and proceeded through numerous requests for inspections from our first time home buyers. Regrettably the buyers agent was extremely unprofessional but Regan was able to diffuse the situations created by the buyers agent and all proceeded to a closing that was handled very well by all parties involved. We would certainly highly recommend Regan and Berkshire Hathaway to any prospective buyers/sellers in the future.
