I found Fatima on Zillow when my fiance and I started looking to buy our first home. We were looking in upper Westchester/lower Putnam County at the time. I had no idea what I was doing and called her just to get things started! I loved her immediately! She called me back within the day and we started house shopping! Fatima always made us feel like her only and favorite clients. She responded to our emails/texts/phone calls promptly and thoroughly. And whenever we wanted to see a house, we didn't have to wait long for her to make that happen. Ultimately, the areas we were looking in ended up being too far a commute for us, so we began looking in lower Westchester County. Many agents specialize in certain areas and we weren't sure that Fatima would want to come that far south. But she stuck with us! And we are so thankful that she did. We found a house, made an offer and it was accepted. After that, we ran into some problems (having nothing to do at all with Fatima) and lost the house. We were devastated. After a time, we decided to move on and started looking for another house. Fatima, unwilling to give up on our dream home, took a chance and called the seller again JUST IN CASE. It turned out that their other buyer had fallen through and the house was now ours! Other agents would not have made that phone call. Not everyone would have cared enough. She knew we would eventually find another house and would buy another house. But that wasn't enough, Fatima wanted us to have OUR house. And now we do. She's knowledgeable and responsive, and all the things a good realtor should be. Even more than that though, she's honest. We walked into more than one house that she told us "this isn't right for you, let's go." That is just another example of her taking care of her clients over the bottom line. Fatima is also funny and kind and relatable. When you're spending hours upon hours talking to someone and looking at houses together, don't underestimate how important it is to like that person. And I assure you, you'll like Fatima! We own our dream home now. And when we look for our next home, we will be right back to Fatima to sell our house and find us our next dream!
