Buying a new home is a stressful process, its even more stressful dealing with Hope Realty. Every meeting or showing they were constantly late, they also kept forgetting to disclose small details like the earnest money cant be cash and other fees werent discussed until last minute. A month after buying our home, we received a invoice for a overdue payment for the home inspection. This was to be taken care of at closing, but was not addressed. After we received the invoice, we were told we would have had to bring $400 more to closing to cover it, but since that was never discussed, we now have to pay $400 out of pocket, after being in our home for a month. After my experience and the $7,000 our realtor made, I realize now that Hope means, you Hope they show up on time, you Hope all the fees are disclosed upfront, you Hope nothing is overlooked at closing, and you Hope you dont receive overdue bills a month after moving in. If you go with Hope Realty, make sure you have a few extra thousand for anything random that might pop up they forgot to tell you about.
