My wife and I owned land that we had listed for sale with another realtor who couldn't sell it for a year. Shortly after the contract expired, my wife received a message through LinkedIn inquiring about our lot, which at the time wasn't even on the market. Krista figured out the owner through the city records and contacted my wife through LinkedIn. I thought that she was very creative and obviously worked hard to help her clients. We ended up selling our lot in a short amount of time after she contacted builders directly. We also sold our home and were continuously impressed with her and the real estate team. The photographer took amazing photos, she helped add items to stage our house, and we received a full offer the first day we placed the house on the market! I've bought and sold real estate now in multiple states and worked with many real estate agents. Most of the time I felt like other agents just wrote a listing and waited. I think Krista is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with because she's creative, honest, and always working hard to help you with your property.
