Ed was awesome!! From the very start, I was honest with him, "I'm not the type to save money, I like to enjoy life"...he told me I didn't need very much to purchase a home, especially being a 1st time home owner. Well he kept his word!! You wouldn't believe me if I told you how much I ended up putting out of pocket... because I still can't believe it myself!!He encouraged me, on many occasions, to "hang in there just alittle bit longer, it's going to happen" when I wanted to throw in the towel and just continue to rent!!He always answered all of my questions,I always had a lot to ask, he honestly taught me so much about the process... I never felt left out because he made sure that we understood every step...Our offer was accepted on August 25th & we made settlement 45 days later without any issues or surprises!!!I still can not believe it's over already...Actually, it's really just the beginning!!!Thanks to Ed !!!**P.S.... The fact that he was able to handle my crazy- all over the place, -not really ever sure -wants & don't wants .... THIS GUY RIGHT HERE IS DAMN GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES !!
