Anthony was a consummate professional. In a world of real estate professionals, I've encountered great ones such as Anthony, and not-so-great individuals. He worked diligently for us, we preferred to take the lead in our search several times throughout a 3 month process. He was professional in every approach, every discussion, and provided thorough analysis for each house we viewed. He knew I balanced numbers with emotions, and was ever ready with the numbers I needed (even before I asked). Anthony was extremely helpful to my wife in her need to emotionally connect with our new home. When it came down to the few contracts we proposed, he was exact in his analysis, and provided us with the guidance to know when to walk away, and when to push back. We moved from out of the area, and took nearly 3 months to find the right house. He provided thoughtful patience (which I think I would have lost long ago) and a welcome attitude to our first landing here in the south. I can't recommend Anthony enough. I think he's too good to stay in real estate, but if you have the opportunity to work with him, jump at it.
