My wife Heather and I recently moved from Philadelphia, PA to Mechanicsville, VA. Our Realtor in VA was Adrian Spears, who reached out to us when we found the property online that we ultimately bought. So Adrian became our Realtor by happenstance. Well, the "Realtor Stars" proved to be aligned perfectly that day for Heather and I!Let me start by saying that of all the realtors we have dealt with in our lives, Adrian Spears proved to be the absolute best, without a single doubt. This young man is amazing!!! He has a personable, sincere, and genuine way about him; I quickly came to consider him a friend, not a professional with whom I had business to transact, and he made my wife feel very welcome and comfortable when she subsequently ventured down to VA herself to look at the home. (Because of different schedules, we had to make separate visits to the place.) Adrian's client service is rapid, responsive, and efficient. His extensive knowledge of all aspects of the local landscape proved invaluable for new-to-the-area clients such as we were. Adrian's concern for our the best interests was evident in every single step of the way, even after the transaction was completed, with an incident of a misbehaving toilet!!!
