Our family relocated to North Dakota and over a six week period had to purchase a home from afar. All of our research was done using the internet and halfway into the process we happened to meet Drew. From the moment we made contact all was well! He was super responsive and helped set up showings for the weekend we planned our first visit. Us not being local, Drew went above and far, far beyond providing room measurments, doing drive-bys and asking tons of questions for us. We had a very particular search criteria and he never pressured us into just settling. He made sure we were happy and could live within the home we choose. He arranged showings through several homes, gave us a personal tour of the town, and made buying a house in a day comfortable and much easier than we ever imaged! We loved his positive attitude about everything!!! He has a lot of knowledge and listened to our concerns and was very patient and understanding of our situation. We highly recommend Drew and will definitely seek his help if we need an agent in the future.

We met Drew at the Open House that he did on this home and at the time we had no intentions to buy right away. We loved the home right away but knew we were stuck in a rental for another few months. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from him and he was not one of those agents that bugged you all the time. After a lot of talking between my husband and I and seeing that the price had dropped we knew we needed to jump on it before someone else did. I had contacted Drew and left a message but had a returned phone call within less than 30 min. We arranged to see the home again and we were able to ask all the questions we had. Drew was very knowledgeable about the area and the home and we were at ease moving forward with putting together a contract. Drew actually took time out of his day on a weekend to help us get the contract done so it could be presented to the sellers. We honestly didn't think we would hear anything until Monday but we got a response that same night. We negotiated/counter offered 2 times and it was a done deal. Drew communicated with us every step of the way and we never had to question "what's going on?" Everything fell into place for us and it really feels like home now. I would highly recommend Drew to friends and family if they are looking to buy or sell a home. If we decide to sell in the future due to us being Active Duty military we are calling Drew to list this home. :)
