Our mortgage insurance company put us through the ringer several times, as did my bank. It took us almost a year to figure out what these institutions really wanted. Sallyanne stayed with me through the most grueling process with which I have ever had to deal. We were doing a short-sale. No one knew anything at all. It got really tiresome. However, Sallyanne stayed the course with me and we both worked things out together. Her knowledge was most valuable, and she totally felt what I was going through. She made the whole process much easier for me. We had good laughs. I hope to remain friends with Sallyanne. She works extremely hard and long hours, and I am so happy I chose her as my agent. She's a go-getter. Loved working with her. After buying and selling three homes, and dealing with agents just out for the money, it was a relief to work with someone who actually cared.
