Jonathan Lockwood exceeded my expectations through out my Real Estate transaction with him. His responsiveness to my questions and concerns was immediate. I felt special as though I was his only client.Jonathan was very knowledgeable about real estate in the area. I was an investor from another area and he was on top of the market and communicated with me about properties so that I could respond quickly. The service that Jonathan extended to me was above and beyond. I am very happy with the result. You would think that as soon as the deal closed that would be the end of the relationship. However that was not the case with Jonathan. The place I purchased need some repairs Jonathan spoke to contractors for me, arranging for inspections and bids so that I didn't have to make the time consuming trips to be there.If I were to have a need in the future I would most definitely use Jonathan as my Realtor and highly recommend him as a professional.Lori Hansen

Our experience with Lupe & her team member Jonathan Lockwood was everything you hope a home buying experience will be. The words that come to mind are: almost STRESS FREE (not Lupe or Jonathan's fault-just the action of buying a new home is a major stressor in of itself), CONFIDENCE (in their knowledge & handling of the entire process of purchasing a house), PATIENCE (we asked the same questions over and over again!), TIMELINESS (the 30 days between your offer being accepted to closing there are a number of things that have to happen in sequence and within a time frame, they kept us on track), SUPPORT (Lupe & Jonathan's approach as real estate agents is empowering and encouraging you as a client, NOT pressuring), EXTRA EFFORT (after closing on our home, we were not going to be moving in right away & they were willing to check on the house for us).
