There is no one better than Blaine! He showed us houses until we found the right one. He was always quick schedule showings to fit our schedule, to answer questions and very patient in explaining things to us so we clearly and simply understood what was happening, the reasons why behind it all, next steps and what to expect so there were no surprises. He worked hard to make sure everything went according to plan and was carried out on time.What impressed me most is his honesty. When we asked, and when we didnt know to ask, he gave us his honest opinion, as if he were in our shoes. He would point out things we didnt know to look for or that might have an affect on making decisions. Blaine is a great negiotiator! He made sure we were taken care of fairly and worked to make sure any and all requested repairs were fixed. We always felt he was clearly looking out for us and our best interest. Even the sellers realtor said how good of a negotiator and realtor he is and that she loved working with Blaine!
