My parents recommended me to Roman after they used him to buy 1 home and sell two of them so i thought I'd give him a shot. Even though i had a lower priced townhouse (which i was concerned was out of Roman's wheelhouse) he assured me it was no problem.He was great to work with and would definitely use Roman again. We got a cash offer on my house in under 4 hours of it being listed!!!!!! After negotiating a bit had with the buyer over some minor things, we got the entire contract signed and to title within a couple days.The only issue we did run into was an inept title company who was clueless on how to do their own job (the title company was dictated by the buyer in this case). But even with that Roman stepped in and worked out all the problems. He even drove documents to and from to make sure the close went smoothly, you don't see that kind of service everyday. Definitely would recommend him to all and will gladly use him on my next purchase or sale.
