Kurtis has helped us with two real estate transactions and I can honestly say that there is no way we would have been able to find our dream home in our price range if it wasn't for Kurtis. We moved out to Arizona because of a job offer and things happened fast. Kurtis was the only person who responded to our phone calls asking for help finding a rental property. He met us the same night we flew in for the job interview and continued looking at homes on our behalf after we had gone back home. We trusted Kurtis so much that we rented a home that we did not have the opportunity to see in person! Kurtis was present at the house when our utilities needed to be turned on and when we arrived in town (around 11 at night) he was there to meet us with the keys to our home. Truly above and beyond. So when we were ready to buy a home, of course he's the guy we called!We searched for months to find the right place. It was exhausting, but Kurtis didn't seem to mind. We had a huge wish list and wanted a stellar price (don't we all?!). Well Kurtis delivered. He found us a home that he knew fit almost every single one of our criteria and was about to go back on the market. We were able to get in to see it the day it went on and were the first to put in our offer. We just moved in and could not be happier. And to top it all off, Kurtis's long list of network contacts have come in handy. It seems he knows someone in every field who is reliable, honest and fair! He's been there for every aspect of the home buying process and is truly just a no-nonsense, no pressure type of guy. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs!
