I don't have much experience with realtors, but the first one i had that was recommended by the lender I was working with was ok, although the realtr shot down almost all my requests to see specific houses, saying it was out of my price range, or it was active, etc. Plus he was more in touch with the lender than I was, which didnt sit well with me. But when I met Lauren everything was smooth sailing, she even recommended a local lender which was easier and more personal since I was able to interact with real people rather than talk on the phone constantly. And I was approved for a higher loan than the previous lender gave me. Lauren's middle name should have been "above and beyond" or at least her motto. She educated me when I was confused about something, she even volunteered her assistance as well as her fiance to help do repairs on a home the seller refused to do so that I could close onthe house that much sooner. She always responded when I had a question and she kept me in the light when I felt I was left in the dark. I felt she was buyng the house with me, I am so glad she was with me every step of the way, being a first time home buyer she helped me achieve one of my life goals. Thank you so much.
