Let me just tell you a story about Lea. My father was her neighbor and he decided to list his home with her. They put it on the market and received an offer. When she figured out that he was selling his home to be able to send money to online scammers, SHE took his house off the market and told him she wouldn't sell it. She helped get police involved and saved my dad from making the worst decision of his life! She kept in touch with him after that, checking in on him every so often. When my father passed, my siblings and I felt it was only right that she be the one to list it. She was so kind and compassionate. She was spot on in her knowledge about what the home was worth and how long it would take to sell it. She even helped negotiate selling some of the home furnishings outside of escrow! She paid for the photographer and a gardener to come clean the neglected yard up. After we emptied his home, she reassured us that she would be there to move trash bins and take care of remaining items. She is a great business woman and an even greater human. We love Lea!!!

Mike was the listing agent several years ago on a condo I was considering and helped me with the original offer. I withdrew that offer but we stayed in touch and when I decided to relocate to Palm Springs permanently Mike was a natural. He helped me facilitate a list of properties while I was still in Seattle so I'd have some to choose from when i got here, and even made personal contact with houses that had gone off the market to see if the seller was still interested. We made an offer on one house before I got to town and withdrew it shortly after when the inspection came back bad, and then quickly found a new place and he helped facilitate a very quick sale. He has great knowledge of the area and put up with a lot given the fact I was out of the area and was rushing to find a place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking in the Palm Springs area, he was great to work with.
